Home Equity Loans

If real estate is your focus now, we are your source. If you want to use the equity in the home you now own, call us. We want to help. All applications must be in writing, we do not accept them online.

Fixed Rate Home Equity Loan

Take advantage of our low rate and choose terms of 5 and 7 years to repay. The rate will be in effect for the term of your loan. You can borrow up to 75% of the market value in your home, minus your first mortgage.

Variable Rate Home Equity Line of Credit

With our Variable Rate Home Equity Line of Credit Loan, the credit union will lend you an amount equal to as much as 75% of the market value in your home, less the first mortgage. The rate will be based on the Prime Rate, as quoted in the Wall Street Journal on the last business day of February, May, August, and November, plus .5%.
